Shipping & Cancellations
POSTAGE
We use Australia Post to send all our packages. All packages are sent via regular post with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking details.
Depending on availability all products will be dispatched within one to three business days of your payment being received via your selected postage option unless otherwise stated.
Our product prices displayed do not show dispatch costs. We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 Australia wide, with free shipping over $100.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR DETAILS WHEN ORDERING
Please ensure you enter your details correctly, all addresses including the postcode should be double-checked as missing parcels or parcels that are returned due to incorrect addresses will incur a postage fee of up to 100 per cent of the original purchase. Postage charges paid for the original dispatch are non-refundable.
REFUND / EXCHANGE
The utmost care has been taken when producing and packing orders. All items are carefully packed. We understand that sometimes accidents or errors may occur. Please let us know if your order is faulty, or damaged or if there are items missing, WITHIN 48 HRS of the delivery to hello@raeandjayde.com.au. If your package contains a faulty, missing, or damaged item we may ask you to send a photograph and/or send back the item. We will happily refund or exchange your product immediately if a product has slipped through our high levels of quality control. Unfortunately, we do not exchange or refund for change of mind purchases on personalised items. Once we have either received your photo or product and we have inspected we will notify you via email of either rejection or approval of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed via your original method of payment within two to five days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
All permanent jewellery pieces are custom cut, hence we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Make sure you are happy with the fit of your permanent piece and take on board the advice from the day of your appointment, as we are unable to shorten it later without incurring a service fee.
PERMANENT JEWELLERY
We have a guide on how to look after your jewellery, please refer to it. We are not responsible for the aftercare of your jewellery. Manufacturing defects do not include wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains, lost jewellery or jewellery damage due to improper cleaning or storage.
Our permanent jewellery comes with a 7-day warranty. If your bracelet or anklet breaks within the first 7 days, please get in touch with us to organise the repair. Any breakage beyond this timeframe will incur a $9.95 repair fee - providing that it has broken at the jump ring and not the chain itself – you will need to bring the chain with you otherwise this warranty will be voided. Even though our chain is of the highest quality and strength, dainty jewellery does have its limits. Just keep your chain safely put away and send us a message to figure out the best way to repair it for you.
When booking your preferred date/time, you will be required to pay the full cost of your jewellery. If at your appointment you choose to add on a charm, then you will be charged at the time of your appointment.
If you are booking appointments for multiple people, please book one appointment per person in consecutive time slots.

CANCELLATION
Failing to attend your booking without notice will attract a 100% cancellation fee with no refund. Please note that if you do not attend your booking then your payment will be forfeited. You can reschedule your appointment up to 12hrs prior to your booked time. Bookings cancelled within 12 hours of service attract a 50% cancellation fee.
